Ministry Mentorship

With over thirty-years of experience in international Catholic Ministry, I enjoy mentoring lay ecclesial ministers. As a mentor, we'll talk all about the work of ministry in the Church. Depending on what you need, we can talk about joys and challenges, engage in goal setting, and planning, talk about specific issues, and what works and doesn't work in ministry. We can explore the variety of tools and resources available to parishes and what might best suit your ministry needs. I usually meet monthly with those I'm mentoring in ministry.
